Welcome to Jill & Jack Scraps...

I love to create digital scrapbooking templates and offer them as freebies here on my site.

I will offer each of my templates as freebies for a limited time, and then they will be available for purchase at a minimal cost in my template boutique.

I use Adobe PSCS2 to create my designs, 300 dpi.

My templates are offered in .psd format in 12 x12 size. Although many of the templates offered for sale do have
.png files available as well as 8.5x11 so make sure to check out the template listings for those formats.

Thank you so much for visiting and enjoying my little creative outlet with me!

Thanks so much... I love the multiple photo templates... just a dumb question as I am new to Digital Scrapping... If I wanted to print out this layout, would I crop it? how would I separate the two pages?

I have the same question - I'm new at this and not sure how to separate the two templates for printing?? Thanks for the templates - they are so helpful to me as I'm getting started with digital scrapbooking!

as far as seperating the two templates, what I do is make the complete two page template, flatten the image, save it,and then use the rectangle marquee tool and select one half (12 x 12) section using the rulers as my guide then I copy and paste the selected 12 x 12 side into a new 12 x 12 "page" and then save that one. Repeat on "page two" of the template. Does that make sense?

Okay--I'm kind of new at this, too. I've tried using a couple of your templates (I think one was #57) and when I put photos into it using Ctrl+G they fall into the correct place but they look really faded. Is that how you created the template or am I doing something weird with it? (On #57 the small pictures look faded when I drop them in but the large pictures look normal.) Is there anyway I could remove the faded look if I wanted to? Thanks so much for these templates. I have really enjoyed them and I appreciate all your efforts in making them!

Okay, so apparently I have made a few errors on the opacity level of the "photo layer (pink)" of the templates. To keep your "clipped" photos from looking faded, use the paint bucket tool and make sure your opacity level is 100% and using any color click inside the photo template layer, making sure the photo you are trying to "fill" is selected in the layers palette. All the photos will look normal then. Sorry for the error but this should fix it!!!
