Hi ladies! In case anyone was wondering where I went, I have had a very momentous past few months and a few more to come. In August my ex-husband and I remarried after 4 years and he had to go back and finish his tour in Iraq. Now we are in the midst of planning and packing and prepping for an out of state move, all the while trying to keep up our normal lives of working and all of that stuff. Somehow I have been too drained to even think of scrapping or designing!

My plan is once I am settled after the first of the year to set aside time each day to work on my own pages and design at least once a week, to keep those creative juices flowing.

I'll be back in 2009 with more templates to offer my loyal and sweet "customers" and fellow digiscrappers!

I think I might be back to designing again, but much more simplified this time around. Just the basic 12 x 12 .psd files. I was getting bogged down with saving in all the different formats and the two sizes and I think that has been what has kept me away so long. I like being able to just take 10-15 minutes and whip up a template, rather than 30-45 minutes. So, here is my latest venture, Template #45, inspired by my favorite template creator, simply yin. (see link on sidebar). I am not trying to alienate my 8.5x11 or png scrappers, but I'd rather create a little than not at all. My apologies for the change!

I was scrapping tonight ( I know... finally!) and felt in the mood to make a template to share and came up with this little one. I then thought I would use it myself to show you all what I was thinking when I created it.It looks kind of basic on just the template, but below you can see that you can really have fun with it. Elegant yet simple. And also not too time consuming! Which is always good when you are looking at a large file of pictures to scrap. And I do like having lots of room to journal every once and awhile. So here you go... let me know what you think!

Below I used papers from Raspberry Road (unsure of name of paper pack) and the ribbon is from Shabby Princess "Rummage Chic".

I'm back! I was only gone like.... 7 weeks?

Wow that was a long break. I havent been scrapping anything at all lately.
The holidays were so busy, started a new position at work, our trip to Disneyland... it just seems like I just haven't been able to sit down and focus on anything scrap related.
But tonight I was inspired and am feeling ready to get back in the creative groove.
My PS skills are a bit rusty, but I hope you enjoy my latest offering!

I only did 12x12 again... after I uploaded it I remembered I used to make 8.5x11 too.
It IS in both psd and png formats. At least I remembered that much!

Sorry I've been MIA lately. I've been sick plus really busy. New position at work which I love but it is definitely keeping my busy and once I get home my brain is tired and the creative juices have been lacking! I havent even scrapped a page for over a month. Need to get back on the ball. Here is a simple Christmasy/wintery one picture template. Good for highlighting a photo with santa or of the kids playing in the snow. Just some ideas... enjoy!

Hi all! I had a nice week long break from designing... not that I don't LOVE doing it, it was just a busy week and my evenings when I usually design were full of other things I had to do.

Here is a new template for everyone, #29. I uploaded one .zip file with both the 12x12 and 8.5x11 sizes in jpg, png and psd formats. Just delete the files you don't need from the zip file.

Obviously I have been taking a week off from designing, or scrapping for that matter. I did recieve my Shutterfly Photo Books in the mail this week... and if you have been contemplating ordering one, DO IT. They turned out awesome. I am so impressed. Well worth the money.

I got a new camera this week, my other one was starting to break down and was too clunky for me, so early christmas to me! I am having fun figuring it out so far...

Thanks to one of my readers, Laura, for pointing out that non-Photoshop scrappers have some trouble using .psd files and removing my logo especially!
So... I am now going to offer two separate downloads, 1 in traditional .psd format, and the other as a .png file.

I received a few more layouts in my email inbox yesterday that you can see below. Cute huh? I know! A few templates hit the 1,000 download mark yesterday so the download links have been expired on those. 1,000 downloads... WOW! Of just one template! Your guys' comments really cheer me up when I read through them at the end of the day when I get home and scroll through them on 4shared. Thanks!!

I also ordered my first shutterfly books yesterday, 2 of them, and right now they have two specials going on:

I did a search this evening using my sitemeter tracking and "wholinkstome.com" to try and track down some layouts using my templates. I found a few and I just have to say GREAT JOB LADIES!!
I am totally impressed with your interpretation and use of my designs. All of these were posted on public forums/gallerys so I am assuming the creators won't mind my bragging on them about the cuteness of their work. (If you do mind just email me and I will take it down, not a problem).

Thanks for the well wishes for a good weekend! The retreat was good, the speaker was just ok, but the time away and with my best friend was awesome. I took a break from designing this weekend to work on some layouts for my little guy's scrapbook. Since I started digi scrapping in August I have begun and completed my daughters 1st year book (48 pages! Gonna be expensive to print!) and begun Jack's 2nd year book, which is up to 35 pages and I only have about 4 pictures left to do. I would post the LO's here but my organization on my hard drive of my scrapping supplies isnt the best and most of the time I dont know where my stuff came from. It depends on how designers name their papers, etc on the file name and sometime it is just "paper 8" and don't know what kit it came from, etc...
I wouldn't want to post my LO's and show off only to not be able to give credit where credit is due!

Anyways, if you really want to see them I have updated my Slide.com photo viewer up top and if you click on the image it will take you to another page where you can look at them one by one.

I kind of cringe when I look at the first 10 or so LO's I did for my daughters book-- oh well I was a beginner and I think it is good to NOT go back and re-do my learning curve layouts now that I have gained more skill. Anyways, I hope to pop out a few Template's this evening while I watch Extreme Home Makeover, Desperate Housewives and Brothers and Sisters. My Sunday evening ritual. I should get a life, I know.

Back from a a 3 day weekend break. Good weekend, full and busy, but fun. I like templates that allow me to use multiple photos. I tend to take alot of pictures all at one event and I like to be able to scrap all my favorites on one page, rather than pick and choose 2 or 3. So, I made an 8 photo layout and included 2 crumpled frames that can be recolored if needed in the template.

As you can tell from my past templates, I like to mix it up a bit. I don't go for just one style of layout when creating a template or my own LO's. I love variety. It can be great to have a 2 page spread all match, but I like each LO to have it's own individual look. It's hard for me to even reuse papers at times because I want to create something NEW, ya know?

if you just look through the list above that is a summary of my designs being downloading by the digital scrapbooking community! I am overwhelmed that people actually like my stuff!

I have to be honest I havent had this much fun in a long time doing something that somewhat resembles "work". The time flies by when I am designing and creating templates and layouts. I just want to learn more and more techniques and keep creating better designs.

Hi everyone! I decided to start a site exclusively for my scrapbooking, and for any of my own template designs. You never know I might just start making my own digital scrapbooking supplies, and then I will share them here too. I am having a BLAST with this new obsession, er hobby, scrapbooking on my computer. In the past 3 days I have done 8 layouts, so I am getting a little faster.
I'm trying to complete my daughters 1st year scrapbook, I'm a bit overdue as she will be 4 years old in December. Once I am caught with that I am going to lunge into the past 3 years and try to catch up a bit. Its daunting, but I like doing it, so it isnt like it is a chore.

Anyways, here is a layout I made last night:
I used paper and ribbons from Bret Boone,some other elements from Shabby Shoppe
as well as some other miscellenous freebies from all around.
